“It is my desire to see students acquire a personal faith in Jesus Christ that is able to grow and stand strong apart from others. I believe student ministry is built on relationships. Those leading should be building relationships in order to lead others to a relationship with Christ. Student ministry should be a “hands on” ministry where students are actively involved in ministry.”
Chad Poe partners with us as a Teaching Pastor for our Student Ministry in addition to spending the year traveling throughout the country speaking to students about the overwhelming presence of God in everyday life. After graduating from the UT Chattanooga, Chad received his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.
He desires to show Christ's love whether on stage or on the rec field. Chad is an avid reader, occasional video gamer, and infrequent visitor of his local fitness center. His greatest desire is for students to see God as the center of every aspect of life. His second greatest desire is to see cheesecake served with every meal. Feel free to find out more about Chad and/or contact him at chadpoe.com.
